Juliana Arriola Gross

Juliana is a professional with more than two decades of experience in the financial sector. In August 2016, she founded EnCausa Corporation alongside Jimena. As the organization's executive director, Juliana ensures that every peso that enters the corporation goes to the communities where they are working. Additionally, she is responsible for ensuring that the entity complies with all legal and good corporate governance standards.

María Jimena Hernández Zapata

Industrial Designer with a Master's degree in Arts, with an emphasis on plastic arts. 19 years of experience working with communities in the urban and rural context of Colombia. She has created and implemented projects related to artistic research, cultural management, marketing, product advisory, symbolic repair and memory reconstruction, workshops for children and adolescents who are victims of conflict, self-recognition and strengthening processes in exercises of peacebuilding through daily acts.
