The pandemic showed us that digital transformation is urgent in order to continue accompanying communities in an optimal way. We have taken on the challenge of incorporating digital tools into our work and into our strategy to make them our own. We know that this challenge will open up new ways of looking at the world that will allow other wonderful ways of interacting with the communities we accompany.
