It is nice to be able to see what we are as a community and the wealth that we have every day in front of our eyes; but it is much more valuable to see how the children are able to identify in the midst of so much exuberance and with a critical look, what needs to be done to improve the living conditions of the territory from identifying weaknesses as potentialities.
The exercise of looking from the future to the current situation, either as a person or as a territory, gives us tools to move towards that place that we have identified in prospective as a place of greater welfare. The children, adolescents and young people we have been accompanying in the municipality of Ayapel have a critical thinking that shows them that in their hands is the ability to mobilize their territory in the search for a better being and being as a society.
Three specific places guided this exercise: the environment, the school and the home. Their conclusion is that respect, love, communication and good treatment are necessary for this transformation.
